Prior to your first pick-up, we will provide you with a “starter kit” including laundry bags with ID tags. • Remember, the pick-up & delivery service is completely FREE. The dry-cleaning charge is the same as you will pay in any of our store locations. • After your first order, the driver will come twice a week unless you inform him to only come when called. You do not have to have items every week. However, if you are only an occasional user, it is recommended that you call to request service each time. • You do NOT have to be home. We will coordinate with you as to where the clothes are to be picked up and delivered (front door, porch, back door, garage, etc.). • You will receive a monthly bill with a listing of all ticket charges. You may pay with a check or money order. Upon request, charges can be billed to your Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit card. • All route orders in Anne Arundel County are normally cleaned and pressed at the N. Taylor Avenue, Annapolis plant. This is a state-of-the-art cleaning facility as well as the company's headquarters. Route orders in Westminster are normally cleaned and pressed at our Englar Road plant. • Frequent Cleaner Club - Once you have collected $60 in receipts, send in the receipts along with your route payment. For every $60 you spend, you will receive a $5 credit.
