If a garment or other item is deemed un-restorable, there is no cleaning charge.

• We will arrive at the customer’s home at the earliest convenient time scheduled with the customer to assess the site and pack out items.

Quick Turnaround for Emergency Items

•  To help customers through the first days after the incident, we will deliver emergency items such as work clothes or sentimental items such as a security blanket for a child as soon as possible.

Quality Control

• We will determine which items can be restored and classify them by cleaning method to ensure that each item receives the proper restoration techniques.
• Customers’ orders are inspected for odor removal and quality cleaning.

Computerized Inventory

• We prepare detailed, itemized inventories for restorable and un-restorable items on a room by room basis. 
• These lists assist the customer as well as the adjuster/insurance company in settling the claim.  We directly provide the invoice to the insurance adjuster.

Specialized Technology

• With our specialized cleaning equipment and processes, we are able to restore even the very difficult items such as suedes, leathers, furs, purses, shoes, stuffed animals, draperies, valances and cornice boards.
• We have an ozone room to remove smoke odors. We use a two bath cleaning system which guarantees clean, fresh solvent each load.

Experienced Staff

• A senior management representative will be at the home to meet with the adjuster and the customer.
• Our staff has over 75 years of dry cleaning experience and is trained in the use of deoderizers, soaps, and equipment to provide high quality cleaning.

Drapery Specialists

• We offer quality take down and rehanging of draperies.

Storage

• We provide storage for all items at no additional charge until the customer returns to their home.

Delivery of Restored Items

• All restored items will be delivered back to the customer and returned to their original location.
